razors and raisins are not the same thing

i'm so insanely happy right now, part 1 of my math midterms are over. which were not as bad as i thought they'd be. *insert crazy grinning that stretches my face so much it hurts* also, i've been very inspired lately, so expect loads of photoshoots and such. (i'm thinking about making a zine... with all my copious spare time, of course. :p any thoughts on this?)

also, i'd just like to say i'm totally envious of all the bloggers out there who "partner-blog," as in there are two people posting to the same blog. (i.e. if the sok fitz, pigtails and blushing cheeks, the wearing times, ect.) it'd be nice to have someone who'd pick up the slack when i can't post and help take outfit shots, plus being able to share the whole love of fashion bit. (none of my friends are into fashion the way i am, i don't even think any of them know who alexander mcqueen is. i love them anyway, though. <3) then again, i'm kinda o.c.d. about my blog layout--i want it to be exactly how i imagine it, no compromises. ;)

do any of you partner-blog? what's it like? and those of you who blog alone (yeah singles!), did you ever wish there was someone you shared it with?

I looooove having a partner!

I do both :P My style blog is just me, but sometimes I wish I had a partner to mull over ideas with. My Project 365 blog started with me and a friend, then another friend joined us, then we messed up and made bad decision and now she probably hates both of us, and then a friend of the first friend joined us. So, the moral of my story is: if you want to partner blog, find someone you get along with and who you aren't afraid to question about why it's only you posting.

Good luck with the rest of your math!

it would be very nice to partner blog with someone local... my boyfriend is camera shy and doesn't really know how to operate mine correctly!

Love the zine idea! If you ever need guest posters just lemme know! And, no I don't joint-post, none of my friends are fashion lovers and probably would think Chanel is channel misspelled!

I have a partner...but she is always so busy that she's not really into the blog right now! I'm always telling her that she has to post something, but she never can... so, it's like being alone =)I don't think it's that bad to be "single-blogger", you decide what you post, you talk about what you like, etc, and you don't have to be preocupated for what your partner did or does haha

I like having my own blog all to myself, though I do wish I had someone else posting alongside me when Uni work gets hectic (and believe me, it does!) I think it can get a bit confusing for the reader if two similar people blog alongside one another, although if they have differing opinions/writing styles it can prove a very interesting read.

I like to have my fashionblog moderated by myself, but sharing a blog with a friend would be fun too.

Hi there! Yeah, I actually had to take the white IKEA swivel chair and make it yellow in Photoshop. :( Bummer it doesn't exist in reality! You have such a great blog. I'll definitely be checking back often.

Say, how'd you come across mine?

happy models are always so darn cute.
i have a non-fashion partner blog with my friend from high school, we went off to different colleges so the blog was sort of staying in touch. but we've both kind of stopped doing it lately, and are writing for other blogs. my friends living near me aren't really into fashion the way i am, and i would feel really shy if i was sharing my blog, but that's just me. it helps to have a boyfriend who doesn't mind taking outfit pictures!

I like having my own... I am the same way! When I want something, I've already envisioned it in my mind so it has to be exact!

My blog is just for me. I wouldn't want anyone to help me with it. I think it would take some of the authenticity away. I do like when my man reads the blog when I am done. He always likes it. So I feel like if a guy likes what I have to say it will roll out just fine. You don't need to post everyday. Leave them guessing sometimes. http://lara-serbin.blogspot.com/

I'm quite happy to blog along, although I sometimes feel the pressure to produce (all my own, stupid me!). I'm quite jealous of the blogging couples though: Garance and Scott, Susie Bubble and her man... There is so much force in the power of 2!

I blog for myself but definitely wished I had a partner or 3, just so there's not that awkward time where's there no posts for days on end..
